Directions

The Board Office is located in University Park Plaza, Suite 420, 2829 University Avenue SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414-3222. University Park Plaza is a white, 9-story building on the corner of 29th Avenue and University Avenue Southeast.

From I-94 Westbound
Take the 280/University exit. Go two blocks to University Avenue and turn left. Drive along University Ave for approximately one mile. While you are on University Avenue West in St. Paul, the street numbers will increase. When you cross into Minneapolis on University Avenue Southeast, then the street numbers will decrease. Turn right on 29th Avenue Southeast.

From I-94 Eastbound
Take the Huron Blvd exit. At the third stop light (Washington Avenue Southeast) turn right. Go one block to University Avenue Southeast and turn right. Take University to 29th Avenue Southeast and turn left.

From I-35W Southbound
Take the Highway 280 exit. Proceed on 280 to the University Avenue exit. University Avenue is the second stoplight after the exit; turn right and stay in the right lane. Go approximately one mile toward the University of Minnesota, and turn right on 29th Avenue Southeast.

Parking
Two-hour street parking is generally available in front of the building on University Avenue.

One-hour street parking is available along 29th Ave Southeast.

There is a small visitors’ lot with handicapped parking on the northeast corner of the building with entrance off 29th Ave Southeast.

A large visitors’ lot is located northwest of the building. This lot may be entered by proceeding north on 29th Ave Southeast., taking a left off 29th Ave Southeast. to 4th St. and proceeding west for about one-half block to the surface lot for University Park Plaza (UPP).
